Practical 'Toucan' skills by user
I have found that an anchor point with the (right hand) index finger knuckle placed on the outer cheek bone just under the right eye (I aim with my right eye, and always wear safety glasses...) seems to enable a perfect alignment with the target, assuming that a sideways shooting style is applied. Together with the fiber optic sights, one can achieve impressive accuracy at 10 yards, particularly if a lighter band set is used: in my case, 0.3 mm red latex flat bands cut to 18 cm length with a 20 to 10 mm taper, and 7 to 8 mm ammo. There is no need for magnum power for target practice. The "Toucan" is also excellent for indoor practice (5 yards or so), think winter.

The history of toucan-like slingshot
In 2013, DANKUNG and the customer (a hunting slingshot genius from Sri Lanka) designed this toucan shape slingshot model with the idea that slingshot should be an extension of man's hand and arm.
'Toucan' is a great success. From 2013, tons of users begun shooting the DANKUNG 'Toucan' slingshot. And a lot of slingshot makers copied this design and developed their own toucan-like slingshots. Now the wood handle 'Toucan' slingshots is prevailed in fltaband slingshot industry.


Like other modles, this one comes to customers with a western 4-strand 1745 tubing set. It's ready for shot.
